👀 If we have any question about your logo, we need a better copy we will reach out, some logos submitted to use are so low quality we need to redraw the logo to get the highest quality engraving if that is the case and (its not always to case )there is a $20.00 service fee to completely overhaul low quality or fuzzy logos, and you get a copy of the final improved logo as well. But we will always let you know in advance if this service is needed.
